Players Sanctioned by CoU Triad or RPGA This list all the players who are currently under suspension or have been banned from playing in the County of Urnst. Please view this list to ensure that non of these players are at your table, nor receive an AR from play. RPGA General Rules The RPGA General Rules were developed to help maintain fair and consistent worldwide play for every game system the RPGA sanctions and supports. RPGA Rules Addendum Rules governing the use of in-game benefits derived from out-of-game sources (GenCon buttons and Player Rewards cards). Effective May 1, 2003. RPGA Penalty Guidelines The RPGA Penalty Guidelines provide a structure to help gamemasters (GMs) determine the appropriate action necessary for infractions that occur during the course of an event or session. RPGA Infraction Report Infractions of the RPGA General Rules must be entered into the RPGA Penalty Database and become a part of a player's permanent record. The Senior GM for an event must complete this form and return it with any other relevant information pertaining to the infraction. RPGA Ejection Statement The RPGA Ejection Statement allows players to tell the RPGA Penalty Committee their side of the story when an RPGA Player Infraction Report Form is filed against them. The RPGA Ejection Statement is not an appeals form, and it never concerns characters. It solely relates to player infractions of the RPGA General Rules and RPGA Penalty Guidelines. GM Rating Sheet Developed by RP-Artisans and first used in voluntary ratings of judges at Tacticon 2003. It is made available here for use by Living Greyhawk event coordinators.
