Please follow thedirections below for adding a new event and downloading all County of Urnst and Nyrond Meta-Regional Scenarios.

Order your event through the RPGA

  1. Before you can create a new event, you will have to order the event through the RPGA.

  2. Go to your member account here and log in. If you have never logged in to this before, you must enter your RPGA number and your password, which will be CO plus the numbers of your zip code with no spaces.

  3. Click on the very first link that says "Request Scenarios and set up a RPGA event (Convention, Game Day, at a retail, or at home)".

  4. The next page will ask you information about your convention. Fill it out completely.

  5. When you are done, click on the button that says 'Step Two', which will take  you to the scenario library.

  6. Once you are here, you can filter what you are seeing by selecting Living Greyhawk from the box where it says "Scenarios You Can Choose Based on Your Campaign Filter:" Then click on the 'Change Filter' button to see all the Living Greyhawk scenarios available.

  7. When you find the scenario you want to order, click the 'ADD' button beside it and this will take you to a new screen where you will have the opportunity to either add more events, or place your order.

  8. Once your scenario is available for download, you must go back into your RPGA account to download it from the link provided if it is a Core scenario. If it is not, simply continue with the instructions given below.  [top]

Adding a New Event

  1. Now you are ready to create a new event by going here. (YOU MUST BE LOGGED INTO THE SITE IN ORDER TO CREATE A NEW EVENT.)

  2. Fill out all the pertinent information, including the RPGA Event ID: box. (If you are ordering an Introductory module, you can use 'SPECIAL' in place of the RPGA Event ID.)

  3. Click on the 'Save' button.

  4. Click on the 'Games' tab at the top of the window.

  5. Select your scenario from the drop down box called 'Add LG Game':

  6. Click on the 'Add' button.

  7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for any other scenarios you will be running.

  8. When you are done adding scenarios, click on the 'Finish Adding Games' button.

  9. Click on the Schedule tab at the top.

  10. Next to the box that says 'Add Slot' is a box that says 'Slot Name'. Here you will give your first slot a name like 'FirstSlot'. Then add the other information such as day of the week and the time the slot will start, as well as how many hours you expect it to run.

  11. Click the 'Add' button to add this slot to your game day.

  12. Repeat steps 10 and 11 for further slots you want to add.

  13. Click on the 'Games' tab once again. Next to the scenario name you will find boxes for your slots. Put a check in the box that shows the slot you want the scenario to run in.

  14. Click on the 'Save Slots' button to save your slots.[top]

Downloading Regional or Meta-Regional Scenarios

  1. If the scenario you have chosen is a Regional, or Meta-Regional, it will have a link beside it that says 'DOWNLOAD'. Click on this to download your scenario.[top]

Getting the Password

  1. The password required to open your modules from the zip file should be included in the file itself. If you find they are not, please contact the County of Urnst Triad at coutriad@yahoogroups.com so that we may get the password to you. Please include your name, RPGA number, the RPGA code for your convention, and the name of the scenario in your email.[top]

  1. If you have difficulty opening the scenario through your current zip program, you can download WinZip.[top]
